Hotel Piso 21 is in a great spot, with two malls nearby, plus plenty of cafés and local restaurants with good food deals. Having two Western Union locations right below the hotel was really convenient, especially since their rates for buying back dollars were better than the airport's. I recommend asking for a room with a Jacuzzi and city-facing windows, it made the city view even more enjoyable and added a bit of luxury. The staff were exceptionally friendly and accommodating, and made me feel at home from the start. My room was spotless and well maintained, making the stay comfortable. I'd highly recommend Hotel Piso 21 for a clean, comfortable stay with great amenities and a prime location.

Just a block from the Noquia Metro and close to everything. The hotel is basic, with clean but small rooms, tucked away on the 12th floor of a commercial high-rise. During retail hours you enter through the ground-floor shops. After hours, use the garage entrance elevator, then switch to the other elevator around the corner on the 6th floor to reach the 12th.

This was awful, and it's my first and last stay here. The receptionist called me a thief, and they searched my purse, the other bag I had with me, and my pants, even though I hadn't used anything from the in-room fridge or the other products. They charged me for the soap and shampoo I used in the shower, along with a comb and a deodorant sachet. They also planned to charge me for things I hadn't touched: a Bonfiest, an Alka-Seltzer, and even the water. A night is at least 110,000 pesos, which is ridiculous for this treatment and a hotel that's nothing special. They don't provide sheets or blankets, so I had to use the towels. One was dirty, and the only two pillows were rock hard. There are cheaper hotels with much better service. If I could give this zero stars, I would. Don't go.

Stay away. The service is terrible, and at checkout they treated me like I was about to steal something. Unbelievable.
