The view from the 8th floor was magnificent, and the hotel's location is superb. The rooms were smaller than we expected, especially the bathroom in our two-bedroom apartment. There was no hair dryer or air conditioning, so we had to open a window for ventilation. A construction site right in front of the room was extremely noisy, and it woke us around 4:00 AM every day. Breakfast didn't have much variety and was generally bland, though the chicken empanadas were excellent. The staff were wonderful. The front desk team was so helpful and welcoming, and the woman running the breakfast restaurant was amazing. She kept smiling even while things were busy.

The staff were very friendly, and we appreciated their help. The mattress was a problem, though. It sagged noticeably in the middle, and after two nights my left arm started going numb and tingling, so I couldn't sleep on it anymore. The other bed wasn't much better the following night. Anyone with neck or back issues may want to keep that in mind. They moved us to another suite, but we had to leave the hotel and stay elsewhere, losing two nights of our reservation.

I only stayed one night because I arrived in bogota a day early, then had a booking at another hotel for the rest of the trip. The location was super convenient, the rooms are big, and the service was incredible 🙏

The people here were so nice and accommodating. Isidro Alejandro and Juan were especially lovely at breakfast, and Jefferson helped with our bags and sped up checkout when we were running late for our flight. The breakfast buffet was a real highlight, with Colombian breakfast soup, eggs made to order, and Colombian and European charcuterie and cheeses. The rooms feel luxurious, and the mattress and pillows were great. They even offer alternatives if you don't like them. Overall, an excellent group of people works here.
