I wouldn't stay here again. At check-in, I waited more than 10 minutes for the receptionist to show up, and he seemed in a bad mood. He didn't ask for a credit card for my 11-day stay, so I had to pay for each service up front before I could receive it. Even on day four, they kept my laundry until I'd paid. The restaurant was worse: although it was more than 80% empty, the manager tried to put me at a table up some stairs. When I said no, she scolded me in public like I was a little kid. You can find much better places.

I'm really disappointed that the hotel ended Wendy's contract today. She worked at the front desk, spoke perfect English, and was a big help to me. She was such a helpful young woman.

The room wasn't ready when I finally got it. Its door was open and the TV was on, and a housekeeper knocked not long afterward, which confirmed my suspicion that it hadn't been cleaned. Before that, I'd arrived at 8 AM knowing check-in wasn't until 3 PM and asked whether 1 PM might be possible. Staff said yes, but when I came back at 1, they told me to wait until 3, even as I saw other guests checking in. I was exhausted from the trip and felt the treatment was unfair. They also charged me an extra fee equal to 25% of my original booking. This was easily my worst stay at a Marriott hotel. Don't waste your money here.

We stayed a couple of nights with my husband. The breakfast was nice, but that's about the only good thing I can say. The water for showers was cold, there was no AC or ventilation, and the airport shuttle only came once an hour. The rooms looked like they hadn't been cleaned or refreshed in a long time. Our first room was filthy, run down, and partly broken, with some lights and the TV not working. It was late and we were tired, but the floor was so unpleasant I didn't feel comfortable taking off my shoes. They offered another room, and I asked to see it first because I didn't want to move again only to find the same problems. I looked at more than five rooms. Every one was dirty, not working properly, or both. One even had a big clump of hair hanging in the closet. I finally took the “best” one, which was less dirty and functional. I was told twice a manager would compensate me, but at checkout they had no record of it. Someone spoke to the manager, who said they'd be in touch. I left my details and never heard anything. I see the response they've posted here, but they still haven't actually fixed anything or contacted me, and I doubt they will. It feels like they care about appearances, not customers. I'd choose somewhere else and definitely wouldn't recommend this place.
