I left less than 30 minutes after checking in. The room was smaller than any place I’ve rented before and didn’t feel like a suite at all. I travel around 100 days a year and usually stay in hostels or basic rentals, so I’m not expecting luxury, but this place was a terrible experience. They advertise luggage storage, pool access, a gym, sauna, and spa, but those claims didn’t match what I found. The pool and gym required reservations 24 hours ahead, and the Turkish sauna cost extra. The whole property was misrepresented. I’d choose Grace Chapinero or Holiday Inn Express Chapinero instead. Horrible experience.

The host was quick to respond, and the price worked well for me. I also enjoyed how clean the condo was and felt good about the security. It’s in a great spot in Chapinero. I’d recommend it for a couple staying indoors.

We had already paid and booked well ahead, but still couldn’t get into the apartment. At reception, they said they needed approval from the owner, and she never picked up when we called. Before arriving, no one had asked us for documents, given us a check-in time, or provided a room number. They advertise this as a hotel, but it clearly didn’t work like one. We also didn’t get our money back. First they said we hadn’t arrived, then questioned why we got there after 11:00 pm. If it isn’t a hotel, they should say so and explain the access requirements clearly.
