The room was good, with a spacious bathroom, and the hotel is quiet and very well located. Staff were friendly, too. The price feels fair, though there are things to improve: breakfast is basic and could use a little more bread, and the bed wasn't very comfortable. Still a good option.

I left without using my booking, but two days later found out the hotel had still asked ByHours to charge for it. The app then refused to refund me. I'd reserved and paid in advance through ByHours, but on arrival the hotel said I had to pay in cash. When I declined to pay twice, they told me to take it up with the app, so I left. Management knew there was a booking problem and still requested payment. Poor administrative service.

We ran into a problem paying the amount set by BYHOURS, and the receptionist wouldn't help us find a solution. She answered every suggestion with “I don't know” and chose to deny the reservation. Her indifference began with the first greeting, and the service was terrible. As a hotel, they lost a booking because of it. They should replace staff like this if they want to succeed.

It's quiet and welcoming, and very close to Unicentro. There's no restaurant for lunch or dinner, though. The price for what you get is acceptable, and I'd recommend it if you're just passing through the city.
