Everything felt easy and straightforward, and I’d happily return. The staff made the difference for me: they were lovely, kind, and understanding, and I enjoyed laughing with them.

The rooms are quiet and really comfortable, and the decor is lovely. Getting around is easy too, with Calle 100, Avenida Suba, and the Autopista Norte nearby. Breakfast gets repetitive, though: each day it’s just fruit, eggs, bread or toast, juice, and coffee, with very small portions. That’s manageable for a couple of days, but a longer stay would be hard. There’s also no parking or parking arrangement, which is inconvenient if you’ve driven in from another city.

I had a really enjoyable stay. The staff were friendly and attentive, and my room was spacious. The hotel is also conveniently located near local attractions.
