Breakfast was handy, and the staff were patient and helped with our bags. The rooms were small and cleanliness just average, but it was comfortable enough for our one night. The location is convenient for Parque 93 and good restaurants, though next time I'd stay nearer the parque or in La Candelaria for a short visit. Decent value for a quick stay, and I'd recommend it.

The breakfast buffet was fantastic, and there’s an in-house gym. The hotel was quiet and clean, with modern rooms and very clean bathrooms. Staff were friendly and accommodating. Great value.

After a long flight, I got there for my confirmed Agoda booking for Feb 26th-27th, 2025, and was told the hotel was overbooked. This happened during the Shakira concert, so I suspect they sold our room to out-of-town concertgoers at a higher price. I showed the confirmation, exhausted, but the staff didn't care or offer any help, not even a walk to another hotel.

They charged for my service animal even though I showed documentation from the USA. When I tried to explain, they acted like they didn't understand.

Quiet, clean, professional, and the best breakfast I've ever had. My go-to hotel in Bogota. What more could I ask for?
