The rooms are clean, and the service is excellent. There’s also a dedicated meeting area with free coffee and tea. Plaza 93, restaurants, and shops are very close. My only issue was that the room windows face inside the hotel, so ventilation can be a problem. The shower does have hot water!

The price is okay, but the hotel can be noisy. Most rooms have no outside windows, and the walls don't insulate well. Some doors have gaps, so you hear a lot, especially in the rooms at the front. The photos make parts of it look nice. Every time someone comes in, they ring a bell that can be heard in some rooms. Maybe a door camera and silent alert could improve that.

We booked a week ahead, but two hours before we arrived after our flight, the hotel messaged us to say they'd canceled the reservation. We were left with nowhere to sleep, even though the booking had been confirmed. The hotel itself wasn't the issue, but the employees laughed at us and acted strangely. Not recommended. Stay away!

The place was quiet, clean, and nice. They don't provide toiletries. The bathroom was clean but not very nice, and the rooms had poor lighting.

The worst place I've ever been to.
