The room photos on Hilton's website don't seem to match what was offered, and the pictures appeared to show different room types as the same one. I added photos to show the mismatch, and apparently the same thing happened with other rooms too. The website also shows a jacuzzi in every room, but that doesn't seem to be true. I wanted to stay, but now I'm unsure it's a good idea. It took several calls to reach anyone, and when I finally got someone, he hung up. That's especially frustrating as a Diamond member. This doesn't feel ethical or like the experience I expected from a Hilton hotel. I can't believe more people haven't noticed this problem.

Tatiana and the person in charge on December 31, who I think was Andres, the man with glasses, both tried hard to do things well. A lot of the other staff, though, were quite impolite. One receptionist wore earphones while talking to guests, and staff were often away from their work area, eating or chatting. When we asked about booking a massage, the massage therapist said she only had time in the afternoon. She was drinking coffee and chatting with others the whole time we were nearby. It's a nice hotel, but it didn't wow me. There are definitely a lot of things to improve.

The area feels safe, and the hotel is clean. Restaurants and shops are an easy walk away. We only stayed one night, so didn't get to try all the amenities, but I'd stay here again.

The pool and steam room were the highlight for me. The pool felt like a huge hot tub, and it was a lovely spot to relax and take in the city views. We had a wonderful stay, too. Carlos was attentive and helpful at check-in, and got us to our room quickly.

The beds are hard and the sheets feel rough. The carpet looks about 30 years old. To me, this is just an old hotel with a facelift. Stay away.
