The room was adorable, the bed was great, and I was very happy with my stay there, even though I only got one day. I’d booked Agora Boutique for Dec. 25 - Dec. 31 months ahead, excited for my first trip to Bogotá, but a serious health problem meant I had to fly back to the USA. I was traveling alone and really upset to leave so soon. The hotel manager was very kind and offered to help however she could. I chose the hotel partly for the jacuzzi, and the location was convenient too: regular grocery stores were an easy walk away, and a lovely little health food store was one block over. This was my fifth time staying here, and I recommend it. It’s a safe place with excellent, friendly service, right in the center and close to lots of tourist spots. There are good restaurants nearby, and it’s also near colferias, the airport, and plenty of other places.

The area felt safe, and the rooms were nice and clean. Staff were good too. It’s close to corferias and agora convention centre, with a cafe, restaurant, pharmacy, supermarket, and bar just a two-minute walk away. There are plenty of taxis around and several shopping malls nearby.

We arrived with a confirmed booking, but there was no room reserved for us. Be careful, other reviews suggest this happens often, so I’d book somewhere else to avoid disappointment. The staff tried their best, but couldn’t do much to help. The owners have made the place look nice and modern, but there’s no soundproofing and even basic things like bins are missing from the rooms. It feels like they care about taking people’s money more than providing the advertised service. And the internet is closer to dial-up than Wi-Fi.

There are lots of shops and places to eat within walking distance, and the location is AMAZING. My room was spacious, very clean, and comfortable. Definitely a nice place to stay!
