They quoted one price at check-in, then added an unexplained fee when I checked out. The bathroom was filthy and full of hair. I recommend not going to this hotel.

Everything in the room was spotless, and they even cleaned it during our stay. The service was good, with staff who were always attentive. This hotel is super affordable, and I think it's excellent value for money, especially if you're going to a concert at El Campín stadium. It's just steps from the stadium, with lots of places to eat nearby. For coffee, I'd recommend "Presente Café," a few blocks away. One thing to keep in mind if you have heavy luggage, you'll need to carry it up one flight of stairs. It's not much, but consider it if you have trouble with that.

The hotel is good, close to El Campín stadium, with friendly staff and good service. I didn't like being told off for using the third bed. I rent hotel rooms all over the world, and this is the first time that's happened to me. Ma'am, that's why I don't stay in hostels, so I can use the room as I please. That was enough to make me not want to return.

The rooms and bathrooms were very clean, and the staff were friendly and attentive. The service was excellent. It's a great place if you're going to concerts at Estadio Campín or Movistar Arena, and it's also close to tourist attractions.
