Very clean, but the beds were really hard. There was no hot water, so I couldn't take a warm shower before bed or when I got up in the morning.

The room noise was quite noticeable, so it might bother light sleepers or people who have trouble falling asleep. Even so, I was very satisfied. The hotel was clean and comfortable, and the staff were friendly and helpful. I was a little apprehensive when I first ran into them at the airport, but after doing some research I found their offices on the second floor. I had included the airport shuttle to the hotel and the Salitre bus terminal, and I highly recommend it.

The service was good, and the location near the airport was handy. The rooms are very basic.

The service was average, and there wasn't even hot water. Plane and street noise came right through the walls. After checking out, I went back for the original fast charger I'd left behind, but it was gone and they never found out what happened. It cost me 120,000 pesos. The rooms were 160,000 pesos, though I've stayed in better ones nearby for 75,000. I don't recommend it.

We paid everything in advance after being offered what sounded like a wonderful hotel at the airport, so we could relax. But when we arrived, there were no rooms available, and it wasn't the hotel we'd been told about. Breakfast took over an hour, and the receptionist offered no solution or customer support. 9-12-2026
