Hotel Bogota Alpes Polo Club

The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, and the service made the stay worthwhile. Carmenza, the employee in charge, really knows how to make you feel at home. I stayed several nights and had a very positive experience. HIGHLY recommend it.

The woman's service was a 10 out of 10, but the room was awful, especially the bathroom. The electric shower wouldn't heat up. Ugh, no, only stay here as a last resort.

I stayed at the Alpes Polo Club Hotel in Bogotá from May 18, 2025, and came away very disappointed. I was charged 80,000 pesos for 16 laundry items I hadn't chosen to have washed. They did it without asking, changed the price without warning, and mixed my clothes with colored ones, staining several pieces. The room window was defective too, letting in the cold and leaving me with a bad case of the flu. I hope they address these problems and improve the guest experience.

The hotel said it would move me, and that finally happened on my second day, but I wasn't refunded for the first night even though that room was much worse than what I had booked. On arrival, I was given an old room with dated furniture that didn't match the Booking.com photos. The representative told the manager, “I saw the room when I arrived, so I was sure I'd stay there.” I attached pictures of the room I got so people can compare them with the listing. If you can, avoid this hotel. Paying a little more somewhere else is better than arriving to find something you didn't pay for.
