The setting is beautiful, with a lovely view and a peaceful feel, but the service was really bad. They advertise several choices, then you end up having to accept whatever they select for you. On the menu, too, they brought something other than what I ordered and said, "sorry, this is the only that was left." The spa was disappointing and the water was dirty. The walk they announced followed the same route you'd take by car, and I had to raise my voice to get someone to come along because they wanted us to go alone. I booked camping, but on arrival they said it was too cold and rainy and insisted I take a room for an extra charge. They're always pushing you to follow a schedule, and even while being polite, they act like your bosses. The place itself is so nice that you can put up with the poor service. I hope they change their policies and treat customers better, because then it could be a great place to stay.

The view and location are beautiful, and the waiter was very friendly. Getting there was difficult because the access road is terrible, and the rooms don't have keys. I bought a package that was supposed to include a hike and campfire, but neither happened. Then they added excessive charges that weren't clearly listed in the plan. A rooster also kept me awake from 4 a.m. I wouldn't come back.

We slept really well because the beds, sofas, and rooms were so comfortable, and the view is beautiful. It's a nice hotel for a couple, with dining areas, bathrooms, and wet areas that look excellent and newly remodeled. The staff were friendly and attentive, but the stay was made uncomfortable by disorganization, especially around activities they offered but couldn't deliver. The included bonfire never got going, and our dinner arrived cold. The food is tasty but not amazing, and the menu could use more options, from appetizers and dessert to drinks, to make the hotel more appealing. Our plan offered a bottle of dry wine or sparkling wine. We don't like dry wine, but they wouldn't let us switch it for sparkling. It seemed understaffed, with only three people working around the clock. The next morning there was no hot water, which was awful in such a cold place. There are no way to contact staff from the rooms, so you have to go out and find them. The hotel is quite far from the main road, and walking there can take around 30 minutes if you don't have a car. Alcoholic drinks are pricey too. I paid 40,000 for two Club Colombia drinks. Best regards.

The food is delicious, but quite expensive, and I thought it was wrong that they charged us an unexpected fee at the end of the stay instead of including it in the booking details. The man serving us was very friendly. The rooms and bed were comfortable, but the unpaved road made getting there difficult. Without a car or motorcycle, it's about a 20-30 minute walk. A rooster also kept us awake around 3-4 a.m. With rooms costing so much, I don't think it's right that dinner isn't included. It's a shame to face extra charges at the end when you've usually already planned your spending.

Most of the visit was great, and the place itself is beautiful, welcoming, and feels like a quick escape from the city without leaving it. The music was fantastic, especially the live performance, and it was quiet enough to talk. My partner's ribs were beautifully presented and delicious. The carbonara I ordered was disappointing, though. It didn't have any visible guanciale or pork belly, so it felt more like a vegan dish. Service was very good at first, but the waiter became overbearing, showing up without warning and hovering even after we said we'd call if we needed something. That got annoying. The little "Happy Birthday" sign on the table for my partner's birthday felt like a minor touch given how much we were paying. Other than the food I had and the intrusive service, it's a wonderful place.
