We had a great overnight stay, with spacious rooms, a tasty breakfast, and secure parking for our car. The staff went out of their way to handle a couple of unusual requests. Excellent service at a great price. Highly recommended.

Very clean, fresh rooms and friendly staff who were happy to help. The location is excellent too.

There’s a small gym and a lovely rooftop with a pretty view. The hotel also has a roomy, safe parkade that can fit large vehicles. Our rooms were clean and comfortable, breakfast was good, and the staff were friendly. It’s close to many things, and I’d recommend it for either a short visit or a longer stay.

From the beautiful terrace, you can see the mountains and Volcán Galeras, and the central location makes it easy to walk to many places. The hotel was clean, the front desk staff were friendly, and the included breakfast was good. My husband and I booked a marital room, though, and I was disappointed. It was small, the bathroom felt cramped, and with no ventilation, the room stayed muggy after we showered. I recommend booking a bigger room for more space.

The beds were so comfortable, it felt like a dream. The service was super helpful and friendly too. I can absolutely recommend this place!
