Hotel Platinum Suite

The staff and service were decent, but this is an old, extremely noisy building. There was banging and clanking until at least 1 am, and you could hear everything at reception all the way up to at least the fourth floor. At 5 am the staff arrived and started shouting through the property, slamming doors, squeaking, banging, laughing, and shrieking. We barely slept. There weren't even parties going on. This place needs a major update and redesign. I've never stayed anywhere so noisy all night. If you need quiet and rest, go somewhere else.

The location worked really well for me, about a 10-minute walk from the convention center and with lots of restaurants nearby. Every morning they served a generous breakfast with plenty of variety, and the staff were very friendly.

It's a small boutique-style hotel, but it has all the amenities, including Wi-Fi, medium-sized rooms, comfortable beds, and hot water. There are many restaurants nearby, and the American Embassy is a 10-minute walk away, which makes this a convenient place to stay if you have business there. Breakfast is buffet-style, and the staff are friendly and professional. Highly recommended.

This is our favorite hotel. It's modern and stylish, with amazing city views. The chauffeur service costs only $8 an hour, and the drivers are professional but also likable. Señor Carlos drove my wife and me sightseeing and shopping in safe areas, so we never felt worried.
