Hotel San Jose Real

It's a good place, but the sheets look poor quality and make it seem dirty.

The rooms need a thorough cleaning more often.

I didn't get breakfast because they gave me conflicting hours. When I booked, I was told it ran until 11 a.m., but after I arrived they said it ended at 10. On checkout, the receptionist was rude, and I think she needs customer service training. The bathroom and room had hair all over, and there was lots of used toilet paper and dust under the bed, as if nobody cleaned there. The elevator was dirty too.

We came back, and the place is now called Hotel "ByHours". It's been modernized quite a bit and looks much more elegant. The dark-haired guy whose name I can't remember always gives great service, and breakfast was good. The woman in charge of the kitchen was great too. My congratulations. I hope they keep making improvements without raising the prices, hahaha.
