Hotel Suite Centro Bogota

I've stayed here on several trips to Bogotá. It's centrally located, and the staff are super friendly. A good place to stay 🌆

I loved the service, and my room was comfortable in every way. The location can be a little tricky, but there are lots of places to visit close by. Excellent place.

I stayed for 15 wonderful days, and the website pictures matched what I found. The service was excellent, and there's street facing security cameras. I'd recommend booking ahead to avoid issues. We booked only a few hours before arriving, so they put us in a single room for the first night. The next day we moved to a larger, more comfortable room with a street view. Thank you!

Really frustrating. I'd already paid, completed online check-in after they emailed me a few days before, and confirmed again on WhatsApp the day before. But when I arrived, they said they had no reservation for me because every room was full and booked. It was nighttime and raining. They suggested another place, so we went out in the rain to find it, but couldn't. We came back soaked and still had no solution. I keep wondering what would have happened if I were traveling with my family or a child. At 11 pm we decided to leave, found an Airbnb, and had to pay again. Thank God the person there helped us at that hour. When I complained while still at the hotel, they then offered a room with just one bed for two people. I couldn't understand how there had been no rooms before, but now one was available. We'd spent hours hungry, walking back and forth in the rain, and decided to leave anyway. I can't comment on the rooms or hotel environment because I didn't stay there, but I can say: be careful. I'm grateful to the receptionist who tried to help by making calls. I know it wasn't her responsibility, and we could see how worried she was about us.
