10/10
It felt like home, and the salon was very clean. The receptionist was lovely and helpful, and breakfast was great, especially the orange juice and typical Colombian arepas.

10/10
They were friendly and helpful, with service that felt like having a concierge and a place that's open at all hours. There's a bus station nearby for the route up carrera 7, which leads to Bogotá's main tourist sites.

The room was small but clean, and the airport isn't far away.

The service was good for the price.
