The room was fairly good for an affordable price, with the basics and an okay bed. The views are the best part, and it's near restaurants, shops, and tourist attractions. Still, the building is hard to find, and the area may not be the best. The manager doesn't answer requests and seems to drop responsibility once paid, so good luck getting problems resolved. The lobby is messy and busy all the time, which gets irritating. The gym was the worst, completely useless. A shame.

Communication was poor. They changed my key code and locked me out of my room, then made me go to their office across town in the rain so they could photocopy a particular page of my passport. This came from their disorganized check-in process. Nobody apologized.

It was right downtown, with Candelaria, the Transmilenio bus station, Plaza Central, restaurants, bars, and grocery stores all within walking distance. Great value for the money. The room was small but cozy, with everything we wanted: a bed, kitchen, and two sofas. My wife loved it.

The room has modern furnishings and equipment, and the bed is really comfortable. There's also a gym with some equipment. On the downside, there was almost no hot water, and the location isn't great. With the tax included, the price felt a bit high.

The view from my 17th-floor room was amazing. I never had to wait for an elevator, since there are three, and the building felt very safe, with two guards always there to open the main door. The place was spotless, right downtown, and the kitchen had everything. The ladies at check-in were lovely. There was no heating or cooling system, but I didn't need one. I did need a hair dryer, though. Please provide one!
