The place is comfortable, and the location works really well for anyone studying at UIS. There’s a 24/7 watchman at the front desk, which felt secure, and parking for most residents. But when I lived there, the rent felt too high next to similar places. The hot tub area wasn’t working, and the gym was a letdown too. It took them over a year to get it working.

The staff were excellent, and the apartments had what I needed and felt comfortable. It’s in a pleasant area that’s easy to get to. The pets around were friendly and never bothered me. I’d definitely recommend it.
