It was quiet, with not many people around. I had a private room with an ensuite bathroom but no AC, and it was great. The room that had air conditioning looked even better. Staff were very courteous, and the location was convenient. A wonderful place.

The location and breakfast were good, and the hostel was clean and well looked after. I didn't understand the hallway rooms without windows, and even though better rooms were free, we couldn't switch. It didn't feel like a place to meet other guests, and the jacuzzi was always off.

The patio has a charming jacuzzi, and breakfast was good. The staff were fantastic, really friendly and went out of their way to make us feel welcome and help us. FIKE hostel is in the best spot in Bucaramamga, one block from plaza St Pio in zona cabacera, with nightlife, good restaurants, banks and shops just steps away. Hasta la proxima chicos. Saludos Marco

My friends stayed here and enjoyed it. It could be a little noisy since the hostel is right in the middle of the action, beside San Pio Park with its Botero statue of a fat lady, called "Gordita" in Spanish. It's also next to Bucaramanga's busiest street, 33rd avenue (carrera 33). For exploring, the location is ideal: Parque de la Flora, cuadra picha, the party area with its clubs and bars, Parque de los niños, and other parks, cafes, restaurants, bars and malls are all within walking distance.
