Beautiful place, and the rooms are incredibly comfortable 👏🏽😍

They've installed a new hot water system with a water heater. It's unique in the area to have hot water ☕♨️

I've stayed here several times, but this last visit was really unpleasant. The room had lots of cockroaches crawling over me the night before. I told the receptionist, but she ignored me. The cleaning lady said she'd use poison, which didn't work, and the smell was quite unpleasant too. I'm offering this as constructive criticism for the hotel management: they should arrange a professional fumigation.

The price is far above other nearby hotels that offer much better quality across the board, and I wouldn't recommend staying here if you want somewhere comfortable and clean. It was a real disappointment. The rooms were dirty, poorly kept, and smelled bad. Hygiene was a serious problem, with numerous insects, including mosquitoes and cockroaches. The bathrooms were in poor condition, and the closets looked ready to fall apart. When we asked to switch rooms, the staff were indifferent. They said all the rooms had the same insect problem and there was nothing they could do. Management needs to address this urgently. The place also doesn't match its promises or the photos. This was one of the worst hotel stays I've had.
