The neighborhood didn’t feel safe in the daytime, and it felt even less safe at night. The rooms were extremely hot. We needed to leave for another place and asked to cancel one night, but they wouldn’t help or refund us, saying the system couldn’t process it. I wouldn’t recommend staying here.

Breakfast is included, and it’s a basic meal with soft, laid-back jazz playing alongside it. The room was comfortable and had good bedding. It’s a very nice hotel in the town center, run by nice people.

The room was clean and pleasant, and the bed was really comfortable. The price felt fair, and I liked having a terrace and good Wi-Fi for working. It’s centrally located, with a supermarket just across the street and plenty of shops and restaurants nearby during the day. The hotel’s customer service was excellent too, with quick replies on WhatsApp.

I’m not from Bucaramanga, but I’d recommend this hotel to people I know. The place is beautiful, and the rooms are very clean with private bathrooms. The restaurant’s homemade food was simply delicious, and the staff were very friendly.
