Good enough if you just need somewhere affordable to sleep. It’s right in the center, with an Ara, Dollar City and places to eat nearby. There are some things they could improve, and I wouldn’t count on much customer service: you pay, sleep, and that’s pretty much it.

The location was really good, and the staff were very friendly. The room was the letdown: the air conditioner was in poor shape and made a lot of noise, and the bathroom didn’t even have a soap dish, which was uncomfortable.

The beds were uncomfortable, and the room and place were dirty. There wasn’t a TV, and reception wasn’t staffed all the time.

It’s across from the Marco Fidel Suárez air base, which makes it easy to get downtown or to the bus terminal. The Simón Bolívar highway is quick to reach too, as is Parque de la Caña if you’re looking for fun and pools.

The location is perfect, and I hope they can improve things, but the stay was awful. It wasn’t clean, the jacuzzi was filthy, and there was a musty smell.
