They took our belongings out of the room without checking us out, even though we were leaving calmly more than an hour before the scheduled checkout time. We had paid the full rate and were literally left out in the cold. Breakfast being delayed was one thing, but removing our things and then saying, "please put them away" showed a complete lack of respect. Zero-star behavior. I would never recommend this place or return.

The facilities are good, but the bathroom smells bad. It's obvious they need more staff: just one person handles breakfast, serving guests, washing dishes, cleaning all three floors with four rooms each, and doing laundry. That borders on labor exploitation. Whether social security and benefits are being paid remains to be seen.

I had a confirmed reservation through a well-known app, but when I reached the hotel they said there were no rooms available and claimed they'd notified me. Worse, they told the app they'd canceled because I hadn't shown up. Disrespectful and unscrupulous, just selling for the sake of selling, sir!

We booked only 30 minutes before we got there, and the room was ready when we arrived. The bathroom was very clean, and breakfast was good. For the price, I thought the service was excellent. Thank you.

Poorly organized, unresponsive, and incompetent staff, with no hygiene. They don't honor reservations, and the rooms they offer are already occupied. Terrible service. I'd give it zero stars if I could.
