Getting help took forever, and the rooms felt really old. There was a smell in them, and wood dust had collected on top.

I liked the low price and the hostel's lovely part of Cali. The quiet-hours rule is for after 11pm, and there are signs about it around the place. But when I was already asleep, other guests were hanging around the rooms around midnight, showering, using the toilet, laughing, and talking loudly. I might have been able to live with that if I hadn't needed to get up very early the next day to catch my plane.

Terrible service, and an awful place to stay. This is the worst hostel I've ever been in. The toilet was horrible, and to me this is the worst place for travelers in all of Latin America.

It's a very cheap place in a good area, and the staff were nice, but it wasn't very clean. DON'T BOOK THROUGH THE WEBSITE. When I arrived after booking online, they told me it wasn't working properly and nearly didn't have a space for me.

I've never seen a place this dirty. It may be one of the worst hostels in Colombia. Don't go here.
