The hot water could be better, and bathroom floors need non-slip strips. Signage would also help along the raised walkway from reception to the lobby by the kitchen. The rest was excellent: clean rooms and common areas, great linens and mattresses, and excellent soaps and similar supplies. Staff looked presentable and were warm, proactive, attentive, helpful, friendly, and respectful. Lizeth was great, and Mrs. Floraida really is the heart and soul of the hotel. Breakfast was unbeatable, the facilities comfortable and easy to access, and access to the hotel itself was excellent.

You feel right at home here, thanks to the welcoming service and the warmth of the owners. It’s 100% adapted for people with reduced mobility, with comfortable facilities and a spacious bathroom perfectly suited to their needs. A 20 out of 10 hotel!

The terrace deserves a mention, with the valley breezes and a lovely corner location just steps from Circunvalar Avenue. Gatherings there are a pleasure, with all the available technology. This is Cali’s first inclusive hotel, a long-awaited project years in the making that recently opened. It has single, double, and suite rooms, a separate accessible ramp, and an elevator for all three levels. Once inside, access is spacious and automated, and a key controls the lights, air conditioning, and appliances. The bathrooms are roomy, bright, spotless, and well ventilated, with showers that are well leveled. Grab bars are provided in each restroom, supporting privacy and independence in the bathrooms, bedrooms, kitchen, and service areas.

It really feels like home, with excellent, welcoming service. The hotel is fully accessible for people with disabilities, and a great place to enjoy beautiful Cali.
