Ms. Nanci at the front desk was wonderful and took such good care of us. She diligently found us a good tour and connected us with Jonathan, who was pleasant and very patient. The tour was even better than we expected. Ask Ms. Nanci to call Jonathan if you want an excellent tour of Cali! :) The hotel room was very clean, with good hot water, and the manager and staff were kind and friendly. The hotel has a warm, homey feel, and the location is good. Our time in Cali was great, and we'll stay here again on our next trip. It's the best kept secret in Cali! Thank you, Ms. Nancy, for being so wonderful. Superb service.

Very basic rooms, but clean.

The rooms were spacious and clean, with air conditioning, and the staff were very friendly. There's Netflix and Disney+ on the TV, and the location is good. Breakfast isn't a buffet, but it was delicious and the food was clean. It's not amazing, but for value for money, I think it's the best in Cali. If you want somewhere comfortable, good, and inexpensive, this is definitely the one.

The location is perfect, in a quiet neighborhood. The staff were attentive, friendly, and polite, and the breakfast was really tasty. My room was very large, the bed was comfortable, and it was cleaned daily. There was air conditioning too.
