PIEDRA LUNA Casa de Huespedes

I really enjoyed my three nights at Piedra Luna. It's in a quiet neighborhood, and the rooms are cozy and comfortable, with everything kept very clean and tidy. The staff are excellent. Don Luis is a wonderful man who'll help with whatever you need, just ask.

Just be aware that this isn't a guest friendly hotel. You'll be charged for every “guest” you bring to your room, and the doors are kept locked, so someone has to let you in each time you want to come and go. The hotel itself is very nice, modern, clean, and newly built. The staff are kind and very accommodating.

The room was comfortable, with a large bed, a two-person sofa, a single sofa, a desk, and a smart TV. The hotel was clean and smelled good. Service was so good I'd give six or even ten stars if I could. They have breakfast on the property and can bring it to your room, which was helpful while I prepared a work presentation. When I asked for more coffee, they brewed another batch and brought it over. They arranged a can for us to go local and an Uber to the airport. I left our pillow behind and only realized when we were already on the way, but they were happy to send someone to bring it to us at the airport. We paid for the car ride, of course. Front desk service that attentive is hard to find these days, but this hotel has it.

Really good service, and such kind, friendly people. Nothing bad to say.
