At 8:00 am they started construction on the wall outside our room, and the dust and noise were horrible. We had to find another hotel. Before that, they couldn't find our prepaid Expedia reservation for two hours.

The photos are false advertising. This place is badly outdated, and the rooms are humid. My first room smelled damp, and there was mold all over the bathroom. I asked to change rooms, but they moved me to an even worse one. There's no room service, they wouldn't accommodate my needs, and the beds are harder than a rock. I should have left as soon as I walked in. I'm Colombian and speak the language, but they still didn't care about what I needed. Plenty of other hotels have better amenities. I wouldn't give this place even one star. DO NOT STAY HERE!!!!

The rooms are nice, and it's an affordable, good place to stay. Still, I feel the photos overhype it and don't quite show what it's really like.

The breakfast is included, though there's not much to choose from, and it's OK. It's a comfortable place with good service. I'm happy with it, even if it isn't a five star hotel. 😊

Downtown location, a great price, and a fantastic staff. The breakfast is awesome and included. Highly recommend this hotel.
