Comfortable and really nice, with good prices and helpful staff. Geisa, the waitress in the bar and dining area, is especially kind and humble. She checks on you without hovering. We had a great time with the drinks and food, and I’d happily stay again and recommend it. Definitely a five-star hotel to me.

The hotel was comfortable, in a handy spot near the airport, and Cartagena proper was about a 20-minute Uber ride away without traffic. The room had an ocean view. The service, though, was awful. We waited over 45 minutes to check in while four employees were around the desk. One person kept doing paperwork and ignored the line, and nobody acknowledged the wait or apologized. We were told breakfast came with our reservation. The next morning, after the hostess welcomed us and confirmed our room number, she stopped me at the buffet to say it wasn't paid for. We struggled to communicate, so she called a supervisor, who said it was fine. After eating, she followed us to the elevator and took us back to reception. The same man who checked us in then said breakfast wasn't included and charged us, without apologizing for the mix-up. I don't know whether we paid twice. The money isn't the point, it was a terrible service experience.

The breakfast was great, and the staff were so friendly and helpful. Fernando and Isaac were always smiling and made us feel like friends. We only stayed a short time, but the spacious room was very comfortable, especially the bed and bath area. A good option if you want to be near the airport.

The pool and gym are fantastic, and the service was great. Edwin was a very attentive, friendly bartender. I'll be back!
