It's a nice hotel near several Universities in Cali. The rooms aren't very big, but they're comfortable.

I stayed at Tru By Hilton Cali Sur during COP16. It's a decent hotel for the price, and the staff were friendly. The place was clean and felt safe. My room was simple but comfortable, though having two beds made it awkward to use the desk. If you're going to central or northern Cali, keep travel time in mind.
