The hotel was lovely and close to everything we wanted, an easy walk away. The only sour note came at checkout. They charged 100,000 COP for laundry, about 6 articles of clothing, more than we expected, plus a random 90,000 COP fee that had never been mentioned. When we challenged it, they said that fee was optional and we didn't have to pay. It felt like a surprisingly scammy end to an otherwise great stay.

The staff made this stay for me, so kind and helpful. The hotel sits in the old city center, with shops and restaurants an easy walk away. Lovely rooms and a pool, too. 😊

We spent four days here and loved it. The team was so friendly, helped us with lunch and dinner ideas and places to see, and even got in touch with a tour guide for us. Breakfast was amazing, and the poolside drinks were good too. This boutique hotel is inside the walled city, close to the shops, bars, and restaurants. We’ll definitely come back.

The pool and massages were great, and the room was quiet and comfortable with excellent AC. We stayed five nights without a single issue. The location is great, and the staff were incredible. I’ll definitely stay here again when I’m in Cartagena.
