Hotel Cartagena Boutique Casa Fatima

My family and I visited CARTAGENA for the first time in August 2023, and this “hotel” gave us a terrible experience. The rooms were old, rusty, dirty, and nothing like the photos. The advertised things weren't there either. After our first day, we spent the whole day trying to reach the admin, since they live in Medellin, not Cartagena. When I finally got through, the woman who answered was rude and disrespectful. I offered to pay for that night and get a refund for the remaining days, but she refused. They wanted to move us to another of their hotels 40 minutes from bocagrande, where I had wanted to stay. They said the money would be refunded in 30 days, so I left for an Airbnb. Now they're saying they won't return it, so it feels like they basically robbed my family and me. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!
