Avoid this place or you may lose your money. I booked through Booking.com, arrived to find it closed, and got no answer after calling both the number listed there and another one on Google Maps. When I later asked Booking.com for a refund, the property claimed I hadn't called a particular number they had never given me, so I got no refund. They keep the place closed and don't return payments.

We booked months ahead, but when we arrived nobody opened the gate. The phone didn't work when we tried calling. Just avoid it, it seems like their policy. Read the other reviews.

We were all very happy with the villa and the service for the price. The house is beautiful, with a great location and amenities. The host and staff checked in with me personally every day to make sure our stay was going well. They even arranged a private dinner by moonlight with our own chef and bartender, who made delicious cocktails tailored to us. I'd absolutely recommend it and come back.

Our group of 14 was left scrambling for somewhere to stay during the Christmas tourist rush, just three days before the trip. We had booked and paid six months earlier, but the host allegedly hadn't received the reservation and forced us to cancel. He didn't apologize or try to help us find a solution, just said, "Good luck finding someplace else to stay." The place looks beautiful in the pictures, but booking here could turn into a nightmare. Avoid it.

A terrible experience. We'd booked our trip six months ahead, but the host canceled just three days before we arrived. We had to find a new place in Cartagena for 14 people.
