I spent November here and will definitely stay again. The hotel is beautiful and right on the beach, with bright, spacious, clean rooms and facilities that were very well maintained. Breakfast was great, and the restaurant had a fantastic selection and craft cocktails at the bar. The lobby was roomy and felt extremely safe. Every staff member was polite, friendly, and helpful. The location isn’t very walkable, and there wasn’t much life around. I’d do yourself a favour and pick another hotel. The minibar was described as included, but I was charged at checkout for two chocolates, chips, and some waffles, apparently $50 a day. If I’d known, I could have taken my kids out to eat for the same amount. Also, food ordered through the QR code in the room costs less for some reason than the same food ordered downstairs. Scammers!

The beach is right beside the hotel, and the old town of Cartagena is only about a 20-minute drive away. Great views and food, with attentive staff. A must visit!

The rooms are spacious and clean, the food is delicious, and the pool is big. You also get direct access to the public beach. The service from the people was outstanding, and everyone was very nice. We stayed for a week and had a good experience overall. The location was great, and the pools and spa service were very good. Breakfast was good too, and the restaurant served good food. The rooms and bathroom could use some upgrades. Reception and restaurant staff could also be more welcoming, though not everyone was the same. A little more training on being friendly to all guests would help.
