I spent three months here and had no complaints. The location worked well for my job, though traffic made trips around the city less convenient. Housekeeping and the room and laundry services were very good, and the staff were extremely helpful.

The room was comfortable and the location was great, especially if you're going to a concert at Coliseo live. But the bathroom door kept sticking, and on checkout day it came crashing down on me. It cut my skin and left wounds on my arms, hands, legs, and feet, though luckily most were superficial. Staff came to inspect things, and one kind person helped clean the wounds and get the little glass pieces out of my skin. They moved us to another room and offered medical care, but that bathroom door got stuck too. Friends at the hotel said theirs had the same problem and were afraid to use them, so they left the doors open. Then a staff member told us not to worry because they wouldn't charge us for the door, as though I'd hurt myself on purpose. Two stars for the attentive, kind person who treated my wounds, but I came home very disappointed with the GHL.

The front desk staff were professional and really friendly. Our room was clean, with snacks and a stocked mini fridge, and the hotel is nice and affordable. We visit the Bogota area a few times each year and always stay here. I'd definitely recommend it.

GHL Style Hotel Bogotá Occidente has spacious rooms and bathrooms, comfortable beds, and really tasty food. Crepes & Waffles, Tostao, and a supermarket are nearby, which makes it a handy place for families or couples. The people here are warm and happy to welcome you, and they're kind and attentive throughout your stay. The service is amazing.
