It’s a nice spot to unwind, though a bit of a drive from Bogotá. I liked that it welcomes pets.

The restaurant was a real highlight: the food was delicious and unusual, especially the pork ribs with feijoa BBQ sauce. The hotel sits outside town in a quiet, leafy setting, and everyone working there was very welcoming. There are board games as well as rana and tejo, which made it easy to spend time together as a family. A great place to get away from everyday routines and city stress. Completely recommended.

The breakfast was spot on and delicious, and the staff were always attentive. It’s near town, and you can walk there if you’re fit. The place is truly beautiful and pleasant, much better than the photos suggest.

The mountain views and recreational areas make this a spectacular place. The hosts were excellent, too. I’d definitely consider it for a relaxing getaway.

I got to go for a run outside and was joined by their two pets, Monigote and Frida. The owners and the young woman in the kitchen were wonderful, and Cucunuvaca is a really pleasant place. The only thing I’d suggest is checking the drains in some rooms, since odors are coming back through them. I’d definitely return.
