I spent one night in the worst room, on the third floor. It faced a noisy street, with cars, motorbikes, and construction sounds all night. The old vertical blinds didn't keep out the streetlights. The room was extremely basic, and the bathroom had no soap. There were old bath towels, but no hand or floor towels. I'd give it zero.

My bathroom was dirty. Please improve the service by cleaning everything properly.

It's a shame, since the location is excellent, but the service was terrible. The woman at reception was especially rude, as if we were getting the stay for free. The facilities were awful, and the rooms worse: the carpets smelled terrible, the beds felt like springs, and the bathrooms were run-down. The place needs a complete overhaul, including the staff.

I had a terrible stay. The mattresses were so poor that I woke up aching all over. There was no hot water or intercom. I didn't dare try the so-called free breakfast because I didn't want cramps or stomach problems and an even worse experience.
