For under 30,000, it's more like a residence than a hotel, so what can you expect? Bring your own soap, since they don't even provide a small bar. The lady is attentive and helpful, and gave me a discount after reading that the place needs a lot of repairs. The water was good, and I can't complain about the hot water. I slept soundly.
The owner gave very good service, and the hotel is comfortable. There's a restaurant area and a very affectionate mascot. The Wi-Fi needs work: it doesn't reach every room, and it's slow even near reception. Some cabins in the rooms should also be repositioned so they don't block the closets.
The Wi-Fi doesn't reach everywhere and is bad, while the TV signal is just okay. Breakfast isn't included either. Still, for the price, what can you do?
The location is good, but cleanliness in the rooms was lacking. It was clear they weren't being cleaned thoroughly, and the pillows were very hard.
If this is what they call a hotel, it's in awful shape. The sheets were torn and so worn they seemed ready to fall apart, and the pillows looked like cloth diapers. The bathrooms were peeling and rusty, and the false ceilings were extremely damp. They provide hand towels but no bath soap. The breakfasts aren't worth mentioning, and there was nobody to help with luggage. One star feels generous.
