The service was abrasive and horrible, much like other reviews say. I saw the “GM” mistreating a visiting group of senior citizens. When I confronted him, he locked them inside the compound. After that, things only got worse. The location is almost impossible to access, the rooms are outdated and horrendous, and the music is deafening all day. I wish I had something positive to say, but I'd avoid this hotel, if that’s what it is, at all costs. There are plenty of beautiful properties in the area that don't mistreat senior citizens and other people in the community.

The facilities were already in awful shape, and the service was just as bad: disorganized and unprofessional. We could barely find anyone at reception when we arrived, and customer service felt nonexistent. Paradise Lake Finca Hotel was a complete nightmare. I left thoroughly disappointed and wouldn't recommend it at all.
