Posada Casa España

The place is otherwise excellent, and it’s comfortable with friendly people. But I can’t understand why they won’t turn on the air conditioning for guests when the rooms have it, especially in this hot season when the heat makes several patients’ conditions worse. We asked for it, and they still didn’t switch it on. That’s terrible.

The room was comfortable, and it’s a nice, simple place. What bothered me was the lack of housekeeping: they don’t clean or tidy the room, and don’t even tell you in advance. They say every four days that they’ll do you a favor and clean it. That’s unacceptable for a long stay in a hot climate where things deteriorate quickly.

It’s beautiful and well located, which made their response all the more disappointing. We stayed several days, but the sheets and towels weren’t changed daily. They said it was an inn, not a hotel, and we felt that was poor service. I hope they change their policy on cleanliness and tidiness. Thank you.

The calm atmosphere and the service were lovely. Everything was clean and tidy too. I’d definitely recommend it.
