The breakfast bar that came with the stay was fresh, tasty, and healthy. I also loved the layout and decorations, and the staff were helpful, especially the people doing the more menial jobs. They sincerely say “Mi placer” to everything. There’s a coffee bar in the lobby, plus a front and back deck: one side for dining, the other for the hot tubs, and both have outstanding mountain views. I look forward to coming back.

Dog friendly, though there aren’t many options or places to go with a dog. Breakfast is included, which helps since the restaurant is on the pricier side. It’s not a bad place.

Do not stay here. I booked a room with beds for six, but on arrival they said the price only covered three people, something that wasn’t in the information I saw. They charge extra for each additional person, on top of the room, which is absurd. They also charge if you have friends or visitors come by. My father lives in the same building, since the hotel manages the apartments on the other side, but they said he’d have to pay just to visit our room for 30 minutes. Breakfast was included, but the portions were tiny and it didn’t taste good. This is the worst hotel I’ve stayed at in Colombia. Choose somewhere else; this should be your last option.

There’s no microwave or oven in the room, which defeated our plan to make meals and even made reheating leftover pizza impossible. Breakfast restaurant service was very poor, and there weren’t many dinner choices, though the ravioli was delicious. The hotel massage was wonderful, but the location isn’t convenient for other restaurants. Nobody working there speaks English. Check-in was cumbersome too. The woman at the front desk spent five minutes studying my passport and asking where I worked and other questions. Service was the main reason for my one-star rating. I was very disappointed. Look elsewhere.
