The location is great, with an excellent view, and the staff who helped me were very friendly. They even helped me get a charger for my laptop, and the electronic key entry is secure and modern. For the cost per night, though, it’s somewhat expensive for what you get. The rooms have no work table, and they could add liquid soap and shampoo. Breakfast was very simple, and they served orange soda instead of orange juice. It’s a good hotel, but there’s room to improve for that price.

The service is excellent, and it’s one of the best hotels in Ibagué. It’s perfectly located near the main shopping centers, offers breakfast, and has off-site parking. Highly recommended! 😁
