Nola and her family greeted us with smiles and delicious home-cooked vegan food. The place is perfect for solo travellers, couples, or bigger groups, though be warned, you may want to stay longer than planned. I spent over a week there, painting murals and relaxing in the hammocks, and can’t wait to return on my next trip. The surroundings feel like a Monet painting, with lilies and Koy fish in a pond, and beautiful birds and butterflies among the trees. There are rivers and waterfalls in every direction, and murals decorate the walls. It’s a wonderful place to take a deep breath, step away from the world’s chaos, and enjoy what the universe has to offer. There’s also ping pong and a slack line over the water for anyone brave enough. The hosts are genuinely warm and charming.

The trails nearby are lovely for birdwatching, and we got our laundry done there at a decent price. The people who run the place are really friendly and helpful. We had a transportation problem and they let us change the date, which we really appreciated. We didn’t feel quite as good about the room in the hobbit house. It was a bit small, and the shower inside the bathroom was small too. There are other rooms, though, and being surrounded by nature with the river in the background is lovely.

A really peaceful setting, with birds moving through the trees and a pretty pond. The staff were incredibly kind and welcoming, breakfast was delicious and healthy, and laundry is available at a very affordable price. We had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend it for a relaxing visit to Jardin.

We especially enjoyed the yoga and birdwatching here. It’s such a beautiful, peaceful location, and the staff were kind and very helpful. The breakfasts were delicious and healthy, and we enjoyed the dinners we had there just as much.
