Jose is the person to ask if you need help. He'll go above and beyond. Great crew and hotel, totally recommended.

The place is beautiful, and the rooms by the pool and in the building are nice. The rest sits by a very busy road, right at the entrance, and the restaurant is next door. All the beds are very firm, so you'll have to like that.

Check-in was only at 10 p.m., and the place felt very poorly organized. Breakfast had to be ordered ahead, but then it wasn't available, and they don't sell food or drinks. They advertise things like cocktails and pool lighting but don't provide them. The pool was dirty, with cracked tiles, the room lock was damaged, and the air conditioning didn't work. I had a very bad experience and don't recommend it.

The room was not cleaned, towels weren't changed, and the tiny blanket for two was awful. Breakfast was disappointing too, with unsalted scrambled eggs and raw arepas. The pool was in poor shape and nothing like the posted photos, and the hotel seemed abandoned. One room window had broken panes that let bugs in, and the doors were in bad condition. I'll never return. I do not recommend it.
