It's on the main road, close to the center of Maicao, and I could park my motorcycle there. The AC worked great, and I asked the ladies to do my laundry, which they did. Estafany is the manager and speaks English very well. The price was good too. I'd stay here again.

The value for money was poor, and the service was very bad. The receptionist really needs to learn how to treat guests.

Having tried five different places in Maicao, I found this to be the one that feels most like an actual hotel. A lot of the others call themselves hotels but are more like inns or motels. Service was excellent and the price was hard to beat. Just keep in mind that Maicao doesn't have 3, 4, or 5-star hotels. This is the best option I've found, and I recommend it, though it could be cleaner.

The room was clean and met my expectations, and everything seemed new. The service was excellent, and the location was great. They also honored and protected my reservation. For the price, it's excellent value. I hope they keep it up.
