I was disappointed by the service, the comfort, and the whole stay, and I can’t think of anything positive to say. I’d strongly suggest choosing another hotel. Hope your vacation goes well, somewhere much nicer.

We didn’t get to rest until 11 PM, even though we arrived at 6 PM. First, our room hadn’t been prepared properly, and they offered us another with just one bed for three people. Then we were given a bed with hair from the previous guests. We also found out only after arriving that the parking isn’t part of the hotel. It belongs to someone else and is three blocks away. The rooms were too noisy, and breakfast was average. Please don’t waste your money here. The worst experience.

It’s close to the center, but at this price you can get a better hotel with qualified staff who are quicker than old grandparents.

Avoid this place. There were irregularities with the payment, and when I contacted the hotel, all I got were automated, vague messages and no response.

The service was pretty good, and the hotel is in the Historical Downtown. Other beautiful places and landmarks in Manizales City are nearby.
