I spent a week here and came away relieved to finally find somewhere that felt like home after so many disappointing roach motels. The small crew were professional and seemed to genuinely care, and they even went out of their way on several requests that were beyond ordinary hotel service. The staff were naturally jovial and friendly, and the rooms were cleaned regularly. Breakfast was simple but consistently well done. The room was clean and modern, with crisp sheets, fresh towels, and a very comfortable bed. The internet was great, the price was good, and the top-floor view was lovely. It’s also close to several commercial and restaurant centres. The place looks even nicer in person than in the Google pictures. Those big box hotels can’t compete with this kind of homely service. I wasn’t paid to write this, just saying how it is. If you’re choosing between hotels, give this one a try, you won’t be disappointed.

For some reason, phones only charge at the traditional speed in every outlet, with no fast charging. Hot water in the shower is limited too. If it stops coming out, you need to wait at least 30 minutes before turning the tap on again to get hot water.

The balcony had a wonderful city view, and the rooms were pleasant, comfortable, and always spotless. The shower was spacious and the beds very comfortable. It’s an excellent hotel and well located in the city. Breakfast was a little limited. It could use more options, especially since guests from warmer regions may need a bigger portion to make up for the calories in cold weather.
